The method comprises: preparing a norbornene imide monomer compound from norbornene anhydride and a multi-component organic amine compound through a one-step method or a two-step method, and purifying the norbornene imide monomer compound; 2. Dissolve the purified product obtained in step 1 in organic solvent b, keep the temperature at -10-100°C, add Grubbs catalyst to carry out polymerization reaction, the reaction temperature is -10-120°C, and the reaction time is 5 minutes ~2 weeks; post-treatment to obtain a heat-resistant polymer porous material.
