titleOfInvention | Acid purification recycling system |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of industrial waste acid recycling, and in particular relates to an acid purification recycling system which comprises a stoste acid tank, a first acid purification bed, a second acid purification bed, a first-stage neutralization precipitin reaction tank, a first filter, a first-stage hardness reduction tank, a second filter, a second-stage hardness reduction tank and a third filter, wherein the first acid purification bed is loaded with acid recycling resin; the second acid purification bed is loaded with acid recycling resin; the first acid purification bed comprises a liquid inlet end, a high-acid low-salt end and a low-acid high-salt end; and the second acid purification bed comprises a secondary liquid inlet end, a secondary high-acid low-salt end and a secondary low-acid high-salt end. The effluent of the system is recyclable clean water with low acid and low salt, and recyclable clean water which is relatively suitable for being recycled with relatively low acid and salt content can be provided. The system is simple and concise, is relatively low in operation cost, and can be widely used in technical fields of high-concentration inorganic acid recycling and acid salt separation such as purified dilute acid treatment for smelting fume acid preparation, recycling of fume washed and discharged waste sulfuric acid of the sulfuric acid industry, and treatment on high-acid waste liquids in metal electrolysis or electrodeposition discharge. |
