titleOfInvention Metal surface eluant
abstract The invention discloses a metal surface eluant. The metal surface eluant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-35% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3-10% of methoxy fatty acid amido sodium benzenesulfonate, 2-5% of oleic acid triethanolamine, 2-6% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 0.3-0.7% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1-0.8% of sodium metaborate, 1-4% of sodium carbonate, 0.5-1% of antirust agent, 0.1-0.3% of corrosion inhibitor, and the balance of softened water. The eluant contains a surface active agent to obviously improve the cleaning effect, contains the corrosion inhibitor to improve the corrosion inhibition performance of the eluant, has an antirust function for metals, and is widely applied to the cleaning of metal parts.
