The preparation method comprises the following steps: selectively purchasing high-quality and clean first-class asparagus fern, radix ophiopogonis, radix rehmanniae, radix rehmanniae preparata, roots of common peony, paeonia lactiflora, scrophularia ningpoensis, baical skullcap roots, dendrobe, loquat leaves, liquorice and oroxylum indicum according to the mass proportion; respectively removing impurities and dust from such herbs, putting the herbs without the impurities and dust into a cloth bag, and tying up the cloth bag for later use; putting the cloth bag filled with the herbs into cold boiled water for about 30 minutes' soaking until the tissue of the herbs is infiltrated; putting the soaked herbs and a clear liquid obtained by soaking the herbs into a decocting machine; adding cold boiled water 35 mm higher than the herbs for first boiling for 30 minutes to obtain a decoction i; filtering the decoction; further adding slightly hot boiled water 28 mm higher than the herbs for secondary boiling for 25 minutes to obtain a decoction II; mixing the decoction I with the decoction II, and concentrating the mixture into 1710 ml of a 50% traditional Chinese medicine liquid, namely the decoction medicine. |
