A steel pipe layer and a PO material layer are connected together in the mode that buckle layers arranged on the steel pipe layer are inserted into the PO material layer in a penetrating mode and buckle caps arranged on the PO material layer are inserted into the steel pipe layer in the penetrating mode, therefore, the connection strength of the PO material layer and the steel pipe layer is higher, the PO material layer is prevented from falling off, the service life of the PO material lining pipeline is prolonged, and the corrosion resistance performance to desulfurization slurry is improved. PO material pretreatment, pouring and maintenance and the like in the preparation technology are combined so that in the PO material lining pipeline production process, the better interlacing state between PO materials and a steel pipe can be formed, therefore, the quality of the PO material lining pipeline is improved, the service life of the PO material lining pipeline is prolonged, and the corrosion resistance performance of the PO material lining pipeline is enhanced. |
