titleOfInvention High-temperature-resistant leather finishing agent
abstract The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant leather finishing agent prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-24 parts of polyether polyol, 2-8 parts of a hydrophilic chain extender, 3-7 parts of castor oil, 12-18 parts of water-soluble epoxy resin, 8-14 parts of 3-allyloxy-2-hydroxyl acrylate sodium iodate, 3-4 parts of acetic ether, 1.2-2 parts of titanium dioxide, 6-8 parts of turpentine, 3-7 parts of an inorganic pigment, 2-5 parts of perchloro-ethylene resin, 4-8 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 5-7 parts of oxidized paraffin and 0.8-1.4 parts of alkyl sodium sulfonate. The high-temperature-resistant leather finishing agent provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of being very good in high temperature resistance and chemical stability and extremely good in film forming property, ensuring that a coated film is folding-resistant and flexible and leather is exquisite in hand feeling, and not influencing the environment.
