titleOfInvention Bright quenching oil and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a bright quenching oil, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight part: 20-30 of 150BS base oil, 40-45 of 100N base oil, 2-4 of olive oil, 20-25 of rice bran oil, 0.5-1 of carnauba wax, 0.2-0.4 of amino silicon oil, 0.1-0.2 of sodium methallyl sulfonate, 0.3-0.5 of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, 0.1-0.2 of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 0.3-0.5 of glycerol trioleate, 0.1-0.2 of trimethylolpropane trioleate, 0.05-0.1 of antimony dialkyldithiophosphate, and 1-2 of a composite additive. The quenching oil provided by the invention has good thermal oxidation stability and cooling performance, can meet the comprehensive quality requirements of quenching workpieces, and can make the metal surface keep bright, greatly improves the quenching workpiece brightness, also has long service life, and stable performance.
