titleOfInvention Shuttlecock adhesive
abstract The invention relates to a shuttlecock adhesive. The shuttlecock adhesive comprises polyvinyl butyral, absolute ethyl alcohol, keto-aldehyde resin, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, vinyl acetate, magnesium oxide, and sodium sulfide. The shuttlecock adhesive prepared by the formula above has characteristics of great adhesion property, good firmness, good elasticity, moderate hardness, smash resistance, transparent appearance, glossiness, and smooth surface after dried. The adhesive is a glue without smell and toxicity, satisfies environmental requirements, and has shrinkage resistance performance. A phenomenon that a relatively less adhesive content or no adhesive exists at the coil or the bottom of a shuttlecock when the adhesive is dried does not happen. Raw materials of the adhesive are easy to obtain; a preparation method of the adhesive is simple; the cost is low; and operation is convenient when the adhesive is used.
