titleOfInvention The detection method of the numb sheep FSHR gene mononucleotide polymorphisms in Guizhou Province north
abstract The invention provides a kind of detection method of the numb sheep FSHR gene mononucleotide polymorphisms in Guizhou Province north. The present invention is detected using PCR SSCP technologies and PCR primer direct sequencing to FSHR gene polymorphism sites, to seek the correlation between FSHR gene pleiomorphisms and expression quantity and litter size, the genetic mechanism for the further numb sheep reproductive trait in research Guizhou Province north provides foundation.C → A base mutation is found in the extron 1246bp of Guizhou Province north fiber crops sheep FSHR genes the 10th first, the litter size and AA genotype and AB genotypic differences of BB genotype are notable(P ﹤ 0.05), and difference is not notable between AA, BB genotype(P ﹥ 0.05), i.e. the litter size of BB genotype is significantly higher than AA genotype and AB genotype. It follows that FSHR genes are the litter sizes of the numb sheep in variation influence Guizhou Province north in 10 extron sites, the variant sites have significant impact to lambing, therefore in the numb sheep breeding in Guizhou Province north, can be by selecting BB genotype as the assisted Selection foundation for improving litter size.
