abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an epoxy mortar with an excellent bonding performance. The preparation method of the epoxy mortar comprises the following steps: 1, stirring 90-140 parts by weight of epoxy resin and 20-30 parts by weight of diethyl phthalate at 35-45DEG C until uniform mixing in order to obtain a premix A; 2, uniformly mixing 10-30 parts by weight of a solidifying agent with the premix A to obtain a premix B; 3, uniformly mixing 150-200 parts by weight of cement with 500-600 parts by weight of quartz sand to obtain a premix C; and 4, pouring the premix C into the premix B, and stirring for 5-6min to prepare the epoxy mortar. The epoxy mortar prepared through adopting the method has excellent bonding performance, and is suitable for repairing old building walls. |
