titleOfInvention Filtering element with reaction catalytic effects on materials to be filtered, and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a filtering element with reaction catalytic effects on materials to be filtered, and a preparation method thereof. The filtering element comprises a porous composite body. The porous composite body comprises porous matrixes, wherein the porous matrixes are composed of sintered metallic porous materials, and possess three-dimensionally communicated network apertures; intermediate layers, wherein the aperture surfaces of the porous matrixes are coated with the intermediate layers so that surface roughness of the porous matrixes is enlarged; catalytic activity layers, wherein the intermediate layers are taken as a carrier by the catalytic activity layers, the aperture surfaces of the porous matrixes are coated with the catalytic activity layers, and the catalytic activity layers are composed of catalytic activity material. Each intermediate layer comprises a first intermediate layer; in forming processes of the porous matrixes via sintering, endogeny of the first intermediate layers or a precursor material of the first intermediate layers in the porous matrixes is realized; each intermediate layer also comprises a second intermediate layer, and each first intermediate layer is coated with a corresponding second intermediate layer after forming of the first intermediate layer; and binding force of each first intermediate layer with a corresponding second intermediate layer is higher than that of the first intermediate layer or the second intermediate layer with the porous matrixes.
