A pyridine carboxylic acid heterometallic organic framework luminescent material, its general chemical formula is: {[Eu 2 Co(bpdc) 3 (OH) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]·(H 2 O) 2 } n ; where , n means positive infinity, bpdc means 2,2'-bipyridine-3,3'dicarboxylic acid, its structural formula is as follows: Mix europium chloride, cobalt chloride and 2,2'-bipyridine-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid in a molar ratio (1-2):1:(1-2), add deionized water Mix and stir, adjust the pH to 5-6 with sodium hydroxide solution, add to a stainless steel reactor with Teflon lining, react at a constant temperature of 150°C for 72h, and cool down to room temperature at a uniform rate of 2-3°C/h.
