abstract | The invention relates to a tetrahydroindole-4-ketoxime drug, the structural formula of which is shown as the specification. The preparation method includes: taking tetrahydrobenzoindole-4-one (intermediate 1) as the raw material, subjecting the raw material to condensation with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to obtain corresponding ketoxime (intermediate 2), carrying out separation and purification to obtain a cis-ketoxime isomer and a trans-ketoxime isomer respectively; subjecting the ketoxime intermediate 2 and propargyl bromide to alkylation to obtain propargyl oxime ether (intermediate 3), and finally, subjecting the intermediate 3 and different types of raw material azide R<4>N3 to copper catalyzed cycloaddition reaction to synthesize a 1, 2, 3-triazole substituted indolocyclohexanone oxime drug 4. The invention also applies the drug to preparation of medicines treating gastric cancer, breast cancer, and liver cancer. |
