| abstract | The invention relates to a tail gas silencing and purifying device of a vehicle. A purifying chamber is internally provided with a liquid waste discharge port, an air inlet pipe, a silencing plate, a tail gas outlet and a fluid replacement port, and is internally provided with purified water liquid; the purified water liquid comprises water, calcium oxide and alums, a fluid replacement tank is arranged above the water purifying chamber, an air inlet is formed in the upper part of the fluid replacement chamber, a liquid outlet is formed in the lower part of the fluid replacement box and is communicated with the fluid replacement port in the upper part of the purifying chamber through a water through hope, and an automatic fluid replacement controller is arranged at the lower part of the fluid replacement port; a tail gas outlet of the purifying chamber is communicated with an air inlet in the same side of the fluid replacement box, and an air outlet formed in the fluid replacement box is communicated with an air outlet through an exhaust and liquid-adding pipe. Therefore, the defects that the tail gas purifying effect is bad, the purifying liquid cannot be supplied timely, an engine is easy to flame out caused by flowing the liquid backwards when the vehicle goes down the slope can be solved in the prior art. The tail gas silencing and purifying device provided by the invention has the advantages of the automatic feeding purified solution, the non-return of the purified solution, oxidation-reduction, silencing and the like. |
