abstract | The invention discloses a processing method of a high-strength waterproof board with a stitched reinforced composite geomembrane. The geomembrane comprises at least two layers of geotechnical cloth and an anti-seepage membrane cushioned between the two layers of geotechnical cloth, wherein the outer side of the one of the two layers of geotechnical cloth is connected with a reinforcement layer; the reinforcement layer adopts a mesh structure formed by interweaving warp threads and weft threads, and the warp threads are fixedly with the weft threads. The processing method disclosed by the invention has the benefits that the geomembrane structure is simple in structure; through fixing the reinforcement layer by the geotechnical cloth, the strength of the geomembrane is increased, and the geomembrane is hard to deform and larger in friction coefficients and is fully protected; in addition, the anti-seepage membrane can play an anti-seepage effect, and meanwhile, the strength of the geomembrane is enhanced; furthermore, as the geotechnical cloth is firmly connected with the reinforcement layer, and the connection between the warp threads and the weft threads is firm, the situation that as the warp threads and the weft threads move, holes are formed in meshes of the reinforcement layer cannot occur, further the overall tensile strength of the geomembrane is improved, and the deformation resistance is high. |
