titleOfInvention Halimasch fungicide preparing method and halimasch fungicide prepared by preparing method
abstract The invention relates to the field of preparing fungus fungicide, in particular to a halimasch fungicide preparing method and halimasch fungicide prepared by the preparing method. The halimasch fungicide preparing method comprises the steps of accessing a shoestring section of a halimasch original fungus into a bacterial strain preserving medium to be cultivated, placing in normal temperature, obtaining a fungus to be activated, transferring a shoestring at a tip of a fungus to be activated into a fungus activating culture medium to be activated, propagating the activated fungus in an expanded mode, carrying out twice dark culture on the solid fungus which is propagated in the expanded mode, obtaining a secondary liquid fungus and carrying out submerged fermentation cultivation. According to the preparing method, the halimasch fungicide which directly infects a branch can be obtained. The fungicide can be applied to artificial cultivation grifola or gastrodia elata after being inoculated to the branch about 30 days. Compared with the prior art, the obtaining time (not including an original fungus stage) of fungus materials is shortened, the yield of the halimasch fungus materials can be guaranteed, and sufficient material sources for the pharmaceutical industry to obtain medicinal components are provided.
