titleOfInvention | Amphoteric low salt pickling and low chrome tanning auxiliary and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an amphoteric low salt pickling and low chrome tanning auxiliary and a preparation method thereof and aims to solve the problem that in the traditional leather production and processing process, as a large amount of chromium ions and chloride ions is contained in chrome tanning waste liquid, severe pollution can be generated to the environment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly adding sodium allysulfonate dissolved in water into a constant-pressure liquid dripping funnel, then adding diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, acrylic acid, ammonium persulfate, sodium bisulfite and water into a three-necked flask provided with a stirrer and a condensing device, completing dripping of the sodium allysulfonate within a certain time after temperature rise and performing constant-temperature reaction; cooling, then adjusting the pH and discharging to prepare the amphoteric low salt pickling and low chrome tanning auxiliary. When the amphoteric low salt pickling and low chrome tanning auxiliary prepared by the preparation method is applied to leather tanning, the content of Cr2O3 in the waste liquid and the contention of the chloride ions can be obviously reduced, the shrinkage temperature of wet blue leather meets the factory production requirements, and the leather quality is not affected. |
