The preparation method comprises steps as follows: 0.15-0.2 kg of cinnamon, 0.3-0.4 kg of anise, 0.3-0.4 kg of fennel, 0.18-0.2 kg of angelica dahurica, 0.012-0.015 kg of angelica dahurica, 0.06-0.08 kg of syzygium aromaticum, 0.18-0.2 kg of amomum tsao-ko, 0.3-0.4 kg of cardamom, 0.06-0.08 kg of liquorice,0.06-0.08 kg of Chinese prickly ash, 0.06-0.08 kg of vanilla, 0.3-0.4 kg of fructus amomi, 0.06-0.08 kg of netmeg, 0.12-0.18 kg of pericarpium citri reticulatae and 3.1-3.2 kg of thirteen-spices are taken in terms of 150-200 kg of fresh shrimps, all materials are mixed and ground into ultrafine powder with 900-1,000 meshes, then 1,000-2,000 g of salt, 3,000-5,000 g of chopped green onion and 3,000-5,000 g of granulated sugar are added, the pickling materials and the shrimps are uniformly mixed, and the mixture is pickled for 15-30 min at the low temperature of 0-4 DEG C and washed by cold water to remove the pickling materials; the pickled shrimps are placed in an oven and roasted for 5-10 min at the temperature of 220-260 DEG C.
