abstract | The invention provides a preparation method for starch coated latex. The method comprises the following steps: fully mixing a starch raw material with water so as to prepare starch milk with mass percentage of 30 to 40%; adding a molecular weight regulator into the starch milk, heating the obtained mixture to 40 to 50 DEG C and carrying out stirring for a period of time so as to allow the viscosity of the starch milk to reach 10 to 50 mPa.s; adding a certain amount of hydroxy polybasic acid or a derivative thereof, polyol amine and a small amount of sodium dihydrogen hypophosphite, carrying out heating until temperature rises to 80 to 95 DEG C and carrying out a reaction for 20 to 60 min; and adding a small amount of wet strengthening resin, continuing the reaction for 10 to 30 at 80 to 95 DEG C and then carrying out cooling. The invention further provides the starch coated latex prepared by using the preparation method. |
