titleOfInvention A preparing method of a ternary composite white conductive fiber
abstract The invention relates to a preparing method of a ternary composite white conductive fiber. The white conductive fiber prepared by the method has a ternary composite structure shown as a figure as follows, and comprises 15-5 wt% of a core layer, 25-15% wt% of a middle layer and 60-80 wt% of a skin layer. The core layer is polyethylene terephthalate resin or polyamide. The middle layer is polyester resin containing a white nanometer conductive material. The white nanometer conductive material is rodlike titanium dioxide clad with doped stannic oxide and antimony oxide. Conductive powder accounts for 60-85 wt% of the polyester fiber. The skin layer is polyolefin resin or polyester resin. The white conductive fiber prepared by the method is high in strength, good in toughness, excellent in conductivity, good in durability and low in surface friction coefficient.
