Computer system 301 and subroutines for color analysis generate machine readable instructions 505 for firmware of cosmetic blending and dispensing machine 508 . For proper mixing and dispensing of highly viscous and air-filled cosmetic materials, a medical grade peristaltic pump 354 is used with a triangular needle nozzle 374 .
