titleOfInvention | Environmentally friendly impregnated paper |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of impregnated paper production and relates to an environmentally friendly impregnated paper. The environmentally friendly impregnated paper is obtained by modified resin. The modified resin comprises, by weight, 40-60 parts of water, 20-26 parts of melamine, 10-25 parts of monoaldehyde, 5-25 parts of dialdehyde, 1-5 parts of a crosslinking modifier, 1-5 parts of a synthesis assistant and 1-2 parts of an after-elimination agent. Through modified resin-based impregnation, drying, secondary gluing and secondary drying, the environmentally friendly impregnated paper is obtained. Through use of the modified resin, the environmentally friendly impregnated paper can volatilize less toxic gas and maximumly reduces environmental pollution. |
