titleOfInvention Wear-resistant copper alloy material for producing pen cores and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of non-ferrous metals, and specifically relates to a wear-resistant copper alloy material for producing pen cores and a preparation method thereof. The copper alloy material is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 57 to 60% of copper, 2 to 3.6% of lead, 0.1 to 1% of tin, 0.1 to 1% of iron, not more than 0.1% of phosphor, not more than 0.1% of silicon, not more than 0.1% of manganese, 0.05 to 0.08% of cerium, 0.05 to 0.5% of nickel, 0.01 to 0.1% of bismuth, 0.1 to 0.5% of aluminum, not more than 0.3% of other impurities, and the balance being zinc. The copper alloy material has excellent mechanical properties, can be easily milled by a machine and punched, has good wear-resistant and anti-corrosion performances, and can be used to produce pen cores.
