titleOfInvention Process for dyeing silk fabric by using tuber fern wood dye
abstract The invention discloses a process for dyeing a silk fabric by using a tuber fern wood dye. The process specifically comprises the following steps: cleaning a tuber fern, naturally airing and then crushing to obtain tuber fern residues, pouring an alcohol solution in the tuber fern residues for performing ultrasonic standing to obtain a primary supernate extracting solution of the tuber fern, then performing high-speed centrifugation on the extracting solution of the tuber fern, removing remained tuber fern residues to obtain a secondary supernate, adding small-molecular weight chitosan in the secondary liquid supernatant, uniformly mixing and then vacuumizing and concentrating to obtain the tuber fern wood dye, padding the refined silk fabric in the tuber fern wood dye, dyeing, after taking out and drying, placing in a steam box for performing mordant-containing steam treatment, taking out and naturally airing to obtain the silk fabric dyed by tuber fern. According to the process, the raw material range is wide, the operation is simple; the prepared silk fabric is high in dyeing rate and color fastness, and is suitable for industrialized production.
