titleOfInvention | Phosphogypsum base material marble-imitation floor and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering building materials and especially relates to a phosphogypsum base material marble-imitation floor and a preparation method thereof. By means of a proper mixing proportion of phosphogypsum, yellow phosphorus furnace slag, quick lime, a coagulant, glass fibers and cement with technical parameters during the matching process controlled, activation among the raw materials can be carried out accurately, and especially a strong activation is carried out during the mixing process between the phosphogypsum and the quick lime, thereby increasing the activity of the phosphogypsum and improving the performance of the phosphogypsum. In addition, by limitation and control of the contents of sodium and soluble impurities in the phosphogypsum, the phosphogypsum is improved in solidification performance and enhanced in strength, so that a defect of a poor strength of the phosphogypsum base material due to pulverization on the surface of the phosphogypsum due to excessive high content of sodium is avoided. Furthermore, by means of the combination of a marble-imitation coating for painting the phosphogypsum base material, the surface of the phosphogypsum base material has a marble-imitation appearance and the performances of the phosphogypsum base material are improved. |
