abstract | The invention relates to a novel carboxymethylcellulose water-based nitrocotton preparation method, which comprises the steps: (1) cellulose alkalization: an organic solvent and sodium hydroxide are mixed and react with cellulose for 1-2h under the temperature of 5-35 DEG C to obtain alkali cellulose; (2) carboxymethylation: a chloroacetic acid solvent and an organic solvent are mixed to obtain a carboxymethyl solvent, the carboxymethyl solvent is added into the alkali cellulose to be heated to 60 DEG C and react for 30-80 minutes, after the carboxymethylation ends, a neutralization agent is added for neutralization, then washing, centrifugation, drying and smashing are carried out for standby use to obtain carboxymethylcellulose; then the carboxymethylcellulose is dispersed into a nitration liquid for nitration, thus obtaining carboxymethylcellulose nitrate. |
