titleOfInvention Novel Thermosensitive Fluorescent Compounds and Their Applications
abstract Novel thermosensitive fluorescent compounds and their applications. The present invention provides the compound shown in formula I, wherein R 9 is a hydrocarbon group of 1-22 carbon atoms or an alkyl group of 1-3 carbon atoms substituted by an ester group of 2-3 carbon atoms, R 5 , R 6 , Both R 7 and R 8 are hydrocarbon groups or H, and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 are all H or lower hydrocarbon groups; or, R 9 is a hydrocarbon group of 2-22 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group of 2-3 carbon atoms An alkyl group of 1-3 carbon atoms substituted by an ester group, and R 5 and R 1 , R 6 and R 2 , R 7 and R 3 , R 8 and R 4 are connected to form a six-membered ring. The compound of the present invention has temperature-sensitive properties and can enter cells, thereby obtaining intracellular temperature distribution images with high spatio-temporal resolution; the compound of the present invention can also be used for distribution calibration of temperature-sensitive fluorescent compounds. The invention also provides a method for measuring temperature distribution in living cells and a corresponding detection kit. This method meets the requirements of small-scale measurement and rapid measurement, thus achieving high resolution in space and time.
