A kind of highly integrated perfusion case formed by composite material, case tool is perfused, and there are two epidermis (3), several floors (4), several stringer (5), front spar and rear spars, the perfusion case includes the first half chests (1) and the second half chests (2) combined by attachment device, wherein the first half chests (1) includes an epidermis (3) and floor (4) and the second half chests (2) includes an epidermis (3), front spar, rear spar and stringer (5).The present invention also provides a kind of manufacturing methods comprising the assembling process of the first half chests (1), the forming process of the second half chests (2) and the first half chests (1) and the second half chests (2). |
