titleOfInvention Degradable insect prevention shading mulch film
abstract The invention discloses a degradable insect prevention shading mulch film. The degradable insect prevention shading mulch film is characterized by being prepared from raw material comprising compositions of, by weight part, 20-30 parts of linear low density polyethylene, 12-15 parts of polypropylene, 6-8 parts of tetrafluoroethylene, 15-20 parts of polylactic acid, 5-7 parts of nitrocellulose ester, 5-7 parts of polycaprolactone, 0.6-0.8 part of complex antioxidant B2150, 0.8-1.2 parts of deltamethrin, 1-1.5 parts of opacifier and 4-6 parts of inorganic filler. According to the degradable insect prevention shading mulch film, the opacifier having water resistance is added, the average grain diameter of the opacifier is small, the opacifier is compatible with the other compositions of the raw material well, the obtained degradable insect prevention shading mulch film has good shading perdurability, and prevents high light of sunshine from transmitting through crops, and simultaneously filler compositions of silica, mica and the like in the raw material have good degradability, the numbers of film residues and fragments in soil are decreased, insect prevention pesticide efficacy of the degradable insect prevention shading mulch film is long in duration time by adding the deltamethrin, and disease resistance of the crops is improved.
