abstract The invention provides a gas pollutant sampling pipe with little dead volume and a manufacturing method of the gas pollutant sampling pipe. The sampling pipe comprises an outer pipe, a first inner lining pipe, a second inner lining pipe, an absorbent, a first filter screen and a second filter screen, wherein the absorbent is filled in the middle part inside the outer pipe; the first and second filter screens are arranged at the two ends of the absorbent respectively; the first inner lining pipe is arranged in a space which is reserved between the first filter screen and one of pipe mouths of the outer pipe; the second inner lining pipe is arranged in a space which is reserved between the second filter screen and the other one of the pipe mouths of the outer pipe; the outside diameters of the first inner lining pipe and the second inner lining pipe are matched with the inside diameter of the outer pipe. Because two inner lining pipes are additionally arranged, the dead volume of the sampling pipe is reduced to be less than 0.5mL and is 1/4-1/5 of the original sampling pipe; the corresponding initial peak width is reduced to be less than 0.1 min and is 1/4-1/5 of the original one, thus obviously improving the column efficiency, and increasing the separation capability and the analysis speed.
