titleOfInvention Energy grass liquid-solid combined biogas fermenting system
abstract The invention relates to an energy grass liquid-solid combined biogas fermenting system. The system is characterized by only comprising a liquid fermenting tank only filled with biogas slurry and a plurality of solid fermenting tanks connected with the liquid fermenting tank and filled with fermentation raw materials, the total solid concentration in the solid fermenting tanks is higher than 15%, the liquid fermenting tank is connected with 3-8 solid fermenting tanks, the volume of the liquid fermenting tank is 5-10 as large as the volume of the solid fermenting tanks, the upper part of the liquid fermenting tank is connected with a biogas slurry inlet at the upper end of each solid fermentation tank through a constant flow pump and an input pipeline, each biogas slurry inlet is connected with a spray nozzle arranged in the corresponding solid fermenting tank and used for spraying biogas slurry to raw material, the bottom of each solid fermenting tank is connected with the bottom of the liquid fermenting tank through a constant flow pump and an output pipeline. Aiming at the problem that energy grass has a long ensiling period and the raw material can be acidized easily during a dry fermenting process, an effective one-liquid multi-solid combined fermenting system is developed.
