titleOfInvention | Preparation method for solvent-resistant modified polyetherimide nanofiltration membrane |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for a solvent-resistant modified polyetherimide nanofiltration membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the dried polyetherimide in a polar aprotic solvent, standing and defoaming, coating a glass plate with the obtained solution to obtain a membrane, and soaking the membrane in a coagulation bath and curing to prepare a support membrane; (2) soaking the support membrane in diamine methanol solution and crosslinking; (3) taking out the membrane, soaking the membrane in polyamine aqueous solution, and taking out the membrane; (4) soaking the membrane in polybasic acyl chloride solution and carrying out interfacial polymerization, taking out the membrane and drying; and (5) soaking the membrane in acrylic acid aqueous solution, irradiating under an ultraviolet lamp, and cleaning by water to obtain the solvent-resistant modified polyetherimide nanofiltration membrane. The solvent-resistant modified polyetherimide nanofiltration membrane prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is high in retention rate for glucose and methylene blue, high in solvent resistance, high in nanofiltration separation performance, high in anti-pollution performance, and capable of being used for nanofiltration membrane separation for an organic solvent system in the pharmaceutical industry, separation and recovery treatment for a solute in dye waste solution, and the like. |
