The present invention relates to a compound with blocking effect on sodium ion channel, especially Nav1.7, its preparation method and application. The compound represented by Formula 1 according to the present invention, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate or isomer thereof can be effectively used for preventing or treating pain, such as acute pain, chronic pain, neuropathic pain , postoperative pain, migraine, arthralgia, neuropathy, nerve damage, diabetic neuropathy, neurological disease, epilepsy, cardiac arrhythmia, myotonia, ataxia, multiple sclerosis, irritable bowel syndrome, urinary incontinence , visceral pain, depression, erythromelalgia, or paroxysmal severe pain disorder (PEPD). |
