titleOfInvention Novel anhydrous phosphating agent
abstract The invention discloses a novel anhydrous phosphating agent. The novel anhydrous phosphating agent comprises following raw materials, by mass, 6 to 12 parts of methanol, 6 to 12 parts of butanol, 14 to 16 parts of dichloromethane, 14 to 16 parts of trichloro ethylene, 1 to 3 parts of phosphoric acid, and 1 to 4 parts of dimethyl formamide. According to the novel anhydrous phosphating agent, operation is simple; film forming speed is high; phosphorized films with fine crystals and extremely excellent adsorbability are formed on the surface of metal workpieces rapidly; phosphorized film mass accords with requirements (1-3g/m<2>); enough amount lubricating oil can be absorbed, and distribution is uniform; workpiece wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and lubricity are improved; and product qualified rate is increased (higher than 98%).
