titleOfInvention | Aldehyde-free soy protein based adhesive for plywood and preparation method for aldehyde-free soy protein based adhesive |
abstract | The invention discloses an aldehyde-free soy protein based adhesive for plywood and a preparation method for the aldehyde-free soy protein based adhesive. The adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of a dispersion medium, 20-35 parts of degreased soy protein powder, 0.5-2 parts of urea, 2-15 parts of a crosslinking reinforcing agent, and 1-8 parts of sodium benzoate, wherein the crosslinking reinforcing agent adopts triglycidyl isocyanurate synthesized under specified conditions. The adhesive disclosed by the invention can be used for substituting the formaldehyde-containing conventional plywood adhesive, and is equal to the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive in cost; the bonding strength of the plywood is 1.05 MPa or above, which can reach the standard of type II plywood in the national standard; furthermore, the adhesive is mainly sourced from the regenerative substance soy protein powder; the adhesive is an environment-friendly adhesive for artificial boards and free of formaldehyde; the preparation method is simple in process and convenient to operate. |
