abstract | The invention discloses a novel new formula water-based gravure plastic film printing ink. The novel new formula water-based gravure plastic film printing ink is generally used for printing of PE, PP, OPP, NY, and the like plastic films, and also can be used for printing of composite soft packaging materials only if no large color lump is observed on printing surfaces; and composite smell and fastness are capable of according with requirements after rewinding cold wind detection. The softening point of polyamide resin is controlled to be 121 DEG C, otherwise adhesion of printing products may be caused in mould rain seasons because that resin softening point is low. The dilution solvents of plastic gravure table printing ink are methylbenzene, isopropanol, xylene, butyl alcohol, and the like; certain ester solvents can also be added so as to adjust printing ink viscosity. The novel new formula water-based gravure plastic film printing ink possesses excellent covering capacity; corrosion of printed materials is not caused; and natural evaporation drying can be realized. At normal temperature, surface drying can be realized in 15 to 30min, and complete drying can be realized in 6 to 10h; and II special agent can be taken as a diluent. |
