titleOfInvention | Toughened modified PC/PET alloy material with high impact resistant performance and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a toughened modified PC/PET alloy material with a high impact resistant performance and a preparation method thereof. The PC/PET alloy material is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 70% of PC, 15 to 30% of PET, 5 to 15% of calcium carbonate particle, 5 to 10% of high molecular elastomer graft, 1 to 5% of compatilizer, 0.5 to 1.5% of coupling agent, 0.1 to 0.5% of antioxidant, and 0.1 to 1% of lubricant. Compared with the prior art, the high molecular elastomer graft is taken as the toughening agent and is co-used with calcium carbonate particles, which have been subjected to surface activation, to toughen and enhance PC/PET alloy. The original excellent performances of alloy system are not affected, at the same time, the tensile strength, impact resistant strength and thermal stability of the alloy are greatly improved, and furthermore, the alloy has the advantages of good processability, and excellent electric properties, and can be widely applied to the fields such as electronics, communications, household appliances, automobiles, machinery, medical apparatus, and the like. |
