abstract | Preparation of a poly methyl polyethylene glycol acrylate anticoagulant coating comprising a glycol nitrate structure is characterized in that: 1%-20% by mass of isosorbide -mononitrate acrylate compound, 50%-85% by mass of methyl acrylate compound and 10%-30% by mass of methyl polyethylene glycol acrylate compound are mixed for free radical polymerization under the protection of nitrogen. The reaction temperature is 20-90 DEG C, and the reaction time is 1 to 20 hours. Petroleum ether and tetrahydrofuran are used for repeated precipitation and dissolution of generated polymerization products, and final vacuum drying is performed, and the product is dissolved with dichloromethane or tetrahydrofuran for preparing a solution with the mass percentage of 1-20%. The to-be-treated surface is moistened and washed for 1-3 times with the solution, and the anticoagulant coating with NO sustained release function can be obtained by blow-drying with hot air dry (or drying undervacuum). |
