abstract | The invention provides a catalyst composition including an organic boron salt and a bis(imino) thioester rare earth complex having a structure represented by a formula (I), wherein the molar ratio of the organic boron salt to the bis(imino) thioester rare earth complex having the structure represented by the formula (I) is (0.5-2.0):1. The invention also provides a preparation method of the catalyst composition, wherein the preparation method includes that the organic boron salt, the bis(imino) thioester rare earth complex having the structure represented by the formula (I) according to the claim 1 and an organic solvent are mixed and then subjected to a reaction, and thus the catalyst composition for preparation of crystalline 3,4-polyisoprene is obtained. The catalyst composition for preparation of crystalline 3,4-polyisoprene has high selectivity and can obtain higher content of 3,4-polyisoprene with high identical crystallinity. |
