The preparation method of the rose pollen oral liquid comprises the following steps: putting the hawthorn, walnut, vitamin tablets and licorice root into a sanitary stainless steel container according to the above ratio, pounding the materials into power, adding the rose pollen, honey, sucrose and a proper amount of deionized water, heating the mixture to 50-60 DEG C, adjusting pH to alkalescence of 7-7.5 after evenly stirring, performing concentration in a concentration tank, and carrying out bulking after stirring to obtain the rose pollen oral liquid. The preparation process provided by the invention is simple and easy to operate, and the produced rose pollen oral liquid has effects of calming nerves and tonifying brain, beautifying and face nourishing, and senility delaying.
