titleOfInvention | Production method of suckling pig feed |
abstract | A production method of a suckling pig feed belongs to the field of feed production, and can effectively solve a problem of the influence of fine deficiency of feeds prepared through traditional method on the growth speed of sucking pigs. The method comprises the following steps: pouring 5kg of vinasse, 5kg of soybean meal, 3kg of silkworm chrysalis and 1.5kg of fish meal into a pot, heating and stir-frying for 15min, taking out the obtained mixture from the pot, pouring the mixture into a crusher, adding 2kg of rice powder, 2kg of bran coat and 1kg of wheat flour into the crusher, crushing by using the crusher for 30min, and adding the crushed mixture to a wood barrel; and adding 1g of ferrous sulfate, 1g of zinc sulfate, 2g of calcium bicarbonate, 2g of vitamin and 10kg of corn flour into a stirrer, stirring for 10min, filtering by a fine sieve, pouring the obtained filtered material into the stirrer, adding the raw materials in the barrel into the stirrer, stirring for 30min, putting the finally obtained material in a drying machine, and drying for 15min. The method is mainly used for producing sucking pig feeds. |
