The method comprises the following steps: a frozen earth parameter determining step: the thickness of a frozen earth wall is calculated, and the depth, the width and the reinforcing parameter of the frozen earth wall are determined; a frozen hole arranging step: three rows of frozen holes are arranged; a temperature measuring hole arranging step; a frozen hole constructing step: the drilling of the frozen holes and the installation of freezers are performed; arrangement and installation of equipment in a freezing station; pipeline connection, insulation and installation of test instruments, dissolving of calcium chloride and fluorine filling and oiling in sets; a temperature measuring hole constructing step: the drilling of temperature measuring holes and the installation of temperature measuring pipes are performed; a shield entering preparation step: two soil stop plates are mounted on a tunnel door ring, two elastic steel plates are welded in the tunnel ring, a sponge ring is put between the steel plates, and a door sealing device is prepared on the tunnel ring; an active freezing step: the shield is adjusted according to measuring results; a maintenance freezing step: the tunnel door concrete is drilled, and a shield nose tip is controlled to arrive at the frozen earth wall; and a shield crossing frozen earth wall entering step.
