The invention provides a non-coding RNA of in-vivo infecting microorganism, parasitic microorganism, symbiotic microorganism, as well as identification and application thereof. Researches indicate that in-vivo pathogen is capable of releasing non-coding RNA (nc RNA) which can be used as a bio-marker of the in-vivo pathogen to effectively detecting and treating the in-vivo pathogen, so that diagnosis and treatment of microorganism infectious diseases can be remarkably improved. The invention further provides a method for identifying ncRNA sourced from in-vivo pathogen. The invention provides a novel treatment strategy for inhibition of microorganism and/or microbial diseases. |
