titleOfInvention Animal cell culture fluid primary separation method
abstract The invention discloses an animal cell culture fluid primary separation method. The method comprises the following steps: inputting the culture fluid comprising the animal cell to be removed from an upstream device into a fluid inlet at top part of an animal cell culture fluid primary separation device through an external pressure device; filtering the culture fluid by using a fiber ball filter material in a filter tank body connected with the top part of the device to remove the animal cell and the cell debris in the culture fluid; and outputting the filtered culture fluid to a downstream device through a fluid outlet at bottom part of the device connected with the filter tank body. By adopting the method, a closed operation is adopted for performing the primary separation on the culture fluid comprising the animal cell to be removed so that the cross contamination between the fluid and the environment can be avoided and the product safety can be improved; the device and the material inputs are low, the production cost of the product is obviously reduced, the operation is simple and the production efficiency is increased; the device and the material inputs can be flexibly changed according to the volume of the culture fluid needing filtering, and the production scale is easily expanded.
