titleOfInvention Method for producing biodiesel by means of auxiliary compatilizers
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing biodiesel, in particular to a method for producing biodiesel by means of auxiliary compatilizers, and belongs to the technical field of renewable energy. The biodiesel comprises, by weight percentage, 100% of grease, 20%-120% of short chain alcohol, 1%-10% of fatty acid methyl ester, 0.5%-4% of catalysts and 0.1%-5% of alkalescence buffering substrates. The method includes the specific steps that the grease is added to a reaction kettle of high-speed stirring equipment, the short chain alcohol and the fatty acid methyl ester are then added, high-speed stirring is conducted for 1 h-4 h under the room temperature to form uniform emulsions, the alkalescence buffering substrates are added, after high-speed stirring is conducted for 1 h-4 h, KOH or NaOH is dissolved in methyl alcohol to prepare 8%-10% KOH or NaOH methyl alcohol solutions which serve as the catalysts and are added, and reflux reaction occurs for 0.5 h-4 h under the temperature of 50 DEG C-120 DEG C; after reaction is completed, a reaction material is cooled to 40 DEG C, standing separation is carried out, by-products such as glycerinum on the lower layer are removed, and a biodiesel crude product is obtained; atmospheric distillation is carried out on the biodiesel crude product, and redundant short chain alcohol is recycled; molecular distillation is conducted, and the biodiesel reaching the standard is obtained. The producing process is simple, the conditions are mild, post-treatment is simple, production cost is low, process economy is good, large-scale application and popularization prospects are achieved, and industrialization is easily achieved.
