titleOfInvention A kind of extraction method of litsea cubeba oil
abstract The invention discloses a method for extracting litsea cubeba oil. The whole fresh fruit of litsea cubeba is added in a boiling state, the steam pressure is 0.2-0.3MPa, and the water is distilled for 1-1.5h, the oil and water are separated to obtain litsea cubeba oil, and the liquid residue is separated , drying the combined seed cores to obtain dry litsea cubeba seed cores, and adding strains to the fruit puree to produce bio-organic fertilizers according to the usual method. Compared with the existing crushing or peeling technology, the present invention reduces the equipment investment for fresh fruit crushing or peeling, prevents litsea cubeba pulp from contacting with air, improves the oil yield and product quality, and the oil yield is 5.5-5.8%. The total aldehyde content reaches more than 75%. The by-product dried cubeb seeds are used as medicinal materials and food, and bio-organic fertilizers are used for forestry and agriculture, realizing resource recycling economy, shortening the production cycle, high equipment utilization rate, large processing capacity, energy saving and reduction consumption, reduces production costs, and has good economic, social and ecological benefits. Patents have good economic, social and ecological benefits.
