abstract | The invention discloses a high-performance filling reinforced-level PC/PBT blending alloy and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance filling reinforced-level PC/PBT blending alloy comprises the following components in percentages by mass: 40%-60% of PC, 20%-40% of PBT, 5%-20% of composite fillers, 0.5%-2% of light stabilizer, 0.5%-3% of compatibilizer, 0.1%-1.5% of triphenyl phosphate, 0.1%-0.5% of antioxygen and 0.1%-1% of lubricant. The PC/PBT blending alloy prepared by the preparation method has beneficial effects of excellent shock resistance of PC and good chemical resistance of PBT; processing performance of the PBT is improved by PC; moreover, good effect, high strength, excellent heat resistance and low cost of enhancement and modification can be achieved by preparing of composite filler; a small amount of triphenyl phosphate is added into the alloy system to achieve effective inhibition to ester exchange reaction between PC and PBT so that the PC/PBT physical property loss is controlled. Thus, the high-performance filling reinforced-level PC/PBT blending alloy and the preparation method thereof have very broad application prospects. |
