The invention discloses a toughened, weather-resistant and modified fame-retardant PC/PBT alloy. The toughened, weather-resistant and modified fame-retardant PC/PBT alloy is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30%-60% of PC, 20%-40% of PBT, 3%-8% of a flexibilizer, 0.5%-2% of a weather resistant, 5%-10% of a flame retardant, 2%-6% of nano montmorillonoid, 0.1%-1% of triphenyl phosphate, 1%-4% of a compatilizer, 0.1%-0.5% of a composite antioxidant and 0.1%-1% of a lubricant. The toughened, weather-resistant and modified fame-retardant PC/PBT alloy disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the PC/PBT alloy system is obtained by adopting a two-step extrusion process, adding an appropriate amount of the flexibilizer, the weather resistant, the flame resistant and the like, blending and modifying, is good in notch impact strength and elongation at break, good in mobility and surface gloss, high in flame resistance, excellent in weather resistance, stable in dimension, strong in chemical resistance, and can be widely applied to the fields of cars, electronics and electrical appliances, mechanical equipment, chemical materials and the like. |
