titleOfInvention Preparation method for polycarboxylate superplasticizer
abstract Disclosed is a preparation method for a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The method comprises the following steps that unsaturated polyether is added with water with the weight being 2-5 times the weight of the unsaturated polyether for stirring and dissolution, an oxidizing agent, a catalyst and an initiator are added into the solution, then continuous stirring reaction is performed for 1.0-1.5 h, the PH value is adjusted to range from 6 to 7, and the obtained transparent liquid is the target product; the mass ratio of the unsaturated polyether to the catalyst is 10:(0.5-1), and the mass ratio of the unsaturated polyether to the oxidizing agent is 500:(1-2); the mass ratio of the unsaturated polyether to the initiator is 500:(5-8); the oxidizing agent is hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate or potassium oxalate or potassium chromate or ammonium persulfate or the mixture of at least two of potassium permanganate, potassium oxalate, potassium chromate and ammonium persulfate; the catalyst is crylic acid or methacrylic acid or maleic anhydride or lactic acid or unsaturated ester or the mixture of at least two of crylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic anhydride, lactic acid and unsaturated ester. The preparation method has the simple and convenient technological process operation, the number of input devices is small, and the obtained product is stable in performance.
