Through arranging a dimethylbenzene monitoring sensor inside the tank body and a corresponding display device outside the tank body, the content of dimethylbenzene and water and the liquid level in the dimethylbenzene storage tank are visually embodied; through a liquid drainage opening of the vertically-movable conveying pipeline, the conveying of the dimethylbenzene can be strictly and accurately controlled, so that the operation procedure of discharged water and pipeline sampling detection is removed, the operation efficiency is favorably improved, and meanwhile, the health damage generated by the contact between an operator and the dimethylbenzene is also reduced.
